Please note that your item must be under warranty to lodge a RMA, if it is not under warranty please use the repair button instead.

If you book a job as RMA (warranty) but it is found not to be under warranty, or the fault is found to be unrelated, your job will be moved into the repair status and you will be quoted the cost of repair at standard rates, please see our repair page for more info.
